Objectives

You will begin a journey where elegance and poise meet customer management skills and food and wine culture. In this path, you will learn to organize the perfect service, taking care of every detail from welcoming to beverage management. We will guide you through a complete professional metamorphosis in which you will acquire the charisma necessary to lead the dining room and the technical competence to thrill the guest. With ALMA, you will build the comprehensive vision required to coordinate complex brigades in the temples of world gastronomy.

Qualifications

Your talent will be certified by a Diploma of "Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager".

Who You Can Become

Your future is written in the most exclusive places in the world. You will be able to hold the role of Maître d', Professional Sommelier, or Bar Manager in contexts of luxury hospitality and starred restaurants, in Italy and around the world. Your multidisciplinary training will allow you to evolve as a Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Consultant, bringing the culture of Italian hospitality to the greatest stages of global taste.
