ALMA
International

Our mission is to spread the authentic culture of Italian Hospitality worldwide. To do this, we have built a global network that allows our students to engage with international scenarios and professionals from all over the world to learn our method.

A Global Network of Excellence

ALMA is at the center of a network that counts over 20 partner schools distributed across the globe. This system is not just a list of collaborations, but a living combination of cultural and professional exchanges:
Joint Programs
We collaborate with the most prestigious international schools to create study pathways that teach Italian technique to rising talents in the culinary world.
Exchange of Skills
Our instructors travel worldwide to bring ALMA's pedagogy abroad, ensuring that the teaching of "Made in Italy" is always faithful to our quality standards.

The Food School Bangkok:
Our Flagship in Asia

A concrete example of our expansion is the partnership with The Food School in Bangkok. It is not a mere branch, but a state-of-the-art educational hub in the heart of Southeast Asia, where ALMA guides programs dedicated to Italian cuisine, pastry, and baking. Alongside it are the Dusit Thani College for Thai cuisine lessons and the renowned Tsuji Culinary Institute from Japan for Japanese cuisine.

Equipped with the latest equipment, digital platforms, and audiovisual presentation technologies, The Food School occupies 3,200 square meters of space where it offers short and medium-to-long course modules. Finally, within the incubator "The Test Kitchen," students can try out the Cloud Kitchen format to test and experiment with products.

Chef Ambassadors:
The Faces of Italian Identity

To represent ALMA and Italy on major international occasions, we rely on our Chef Ambassadors. These are high-profile professionals, chosen not only for their culinary talent but also for their ability to interpret the values of our School. Our Ambassadors are the spokespersons of Italian cuisine in the world: they participate in institutional events, masterclasses, and international forums.

Their task is to convey, through their work and experience, that balance between technique, history, and innovation that makes our gastronomic heritage unique.
