ALMA has developed a culinary competition format designed to engage young local chefs, who are invited to compete by preparing iconic dishes from the Italian culinary tradition. Communication Projects
Complementing its training programmes, live cooking demonstrations, and gala events, ALMA can further enhance the educational and outreach value of its activities by providing support in the creation of communication materials. From video productions and recipe books to educational handouts and visual content, ALMA's faculty, together with its in-house creative and digital team, can develop complete communication packages on request, managing every stage from concept to production.
