Our headquarters are located in Colorno, in the province of Parma. We chose to be born and grow in the core of the Italian Food Valley, an ecosystem unique in the world where the density of PDO (DOP) and PGI (IGP) products is unparalleled. Studying here means immersing oneself daily in an "open-air laboratory" that goes far beyond the walls of the school.
