The ALMA Network:
A Web of Values

ALMA is not an isolated entity. Our strength stems from a deep bond with the region and from collaboration with key industry players. Being part of our School means entering a network that connects public bodies, leading companies, and national institutions.

We were born and have grown thanks to the support of organizations that believe in training as an engine for development. Our corporate structure is the guarantee of our stability and our bond with the Italian economic and productive system. Our work is recognized by the highest institutional bodies. This is not only a source of pride but also a guarantee of authority for those who study with us.

Watch Now.
With the intent to protect and promote Made in Italy products and the culture of our agri-food heritage, we serve as ambassadors of our gastronomic identity worldwide. In this context, we collaborate with Ministries, a dense diplomatic and consular network, Italian Cultural Institutes abroad, the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), and the Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE).
We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Education and Merit to ensure ever-greater recognition for the Diploma awarded to our students, thus facilitating their access to the job market. Furthermore, ALMA represents a benchmark for the MIM (Ministry of Education and Merit) as a Higher Education School for the advanced training of Italian Cuisine specialists: for this reason, the skills and abilities acquired by our students are immediately employable throughout Europe.

The Partners: The Connection to the Market

ALMA's teaching thrives on daily dialogue with companies. Our partners are not mere sponsors, but actors who participate in the life of the School, bringing innovation, excellent products, and technical skills.

They are leading companies that support us by providing the technologies and equipment present in our laboratories—tools that our students will find in the best kitchens and hospitality structures in the world. Their brands represent the excellence of Made in Italy, from raw materials to wine excellences, fundamental for educating the palate and sensitivity of future professionals. Thanks to their widespread presence in the market, they help ensure that our programs are always aligned with the actual demands of employers.
