ALMA Web App: The School in Your Pocket
The Web App is your primary touchpoint with the School. It is the essential tool you will always have at hand on your smartphone to manage your daily routine.
Access personal data, schedules, and online learning materials.
Use the app to identify yourself and gain entry to the various areas of the School.
Online Shop: Purchase technical equipment and official ALMA merchandise directly.
Receive real-time updates, news, and access direct contacts in case of need.
Student Secretariat
The Secretariat is your administrative reference point throughout your entire journey.
Support: Turn to them for certificates, documents, internship-related administrative steps, or any bureaucratic questions regarding your course.
Direct Contact: You can communicate with the office either in person or via the School's digital channels.
Library and Online Catalog
Housing over 14,000 volumes, the ALMA library is one of Europe's most significant collections dedicated to food and wine culture.
Research: Through the OPAC (the online catalog also accessible via the Web App), you can browse available titles, ranging from the great culinary classics to the most modern technical texts.
Study: A quiet and inspiring space to deepen your research and prepare your exam projects.
Caffè Italia: Hospitality and Training
The new Caffè Italia is not just a coffee shop, but an environment that embodies our identity. It is a welcoming space designed to serve a dual purpose:
Social Life: The perfect place to meet, exchange ideas, and experience the social dimension of ALMA within a carefully designed location.
Education: It functions as an actual classroom dedicated to the Sala and Bar courses, where hospitality is taught and put into practice "in the field."
