Information Notice on the Implementation of the Whistleblowing Management System pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023

ALMA S.r.l. – International School of Italian Cuisine supports and encourages anyone who wishes to report a suspected violation or unlawful conduct.

In particular, ALMA S.r.l. – International School of Italian Cuisine recognises whistleblowing as a fundamental measure for preventing suspected unlawful or unethical conduct. To this end, the School promotes the reporting of such situations by encouraging the active and responsible participation of all individuals who have a relationship with the Company.

In line with these objectives, ALMA S.r.l. – International School of Italian Cuisine has implemented a dedicated and secure digital reporting channel for the management of whistleblowing reports.

The platform safeguards the confidentiality of the reporting person. At every stage of the reporting process, the Company guarantees protection against any form of retaliation, including threats and attempted discrimination, for reports made in good faith.
