Objectives

This will be an unprecedented educational experience for you, a journey between Italy and France. In this unique program, you will learn to blend the technical rigor from across the Alps with sunny Mediterranean creativity. You will acquire the manual skills of the great masters and the ability to work in multicultural contexts. What you will achieve is a preparation with the superior mastery necessary to dominate the most prestigious stages of global pastry.

The course will be conducted in English.

The French Phase

Located in Yssingeaux, in the French Haute-Loire, inside the enchanting Château de Montbarnier; founded in 1984, it has always represented the benchmark of excellence in the French market and beyond for pastry, baking, chocolate, confectionery, and gelato professionals, combining tradition and modernity while offering a unique family atmosphere.

The Italian Phase
