Thanks to a teaching faculty composed of professionals with great experience and creativity, you will learn to understand temperature management, balance mixtures, and create sorbets and gelatos with an impeccable structure. We will guide you on a journey of typicality from North to South, acquiring mastery over the most advanced technologies and the most current techniques to produce a healthy and natural gelato. We will make you a professional capable of innovating tradition with style and awareness.

Your path will be rewarded with an Attendance Certificate for the "Contemporary Gelato Course".
