Objectives

With ALMA's pastry course, you will learn to give shape to the architectures of taste, balancing textures and flavors with impeccable precision, between creativity and scientific rigor. We will guide you through a complete professional metamorphosis: you will acquire the ability to manage complex laboratories and the aesthetic sensitivity typical of Italian excellence. At the end, you will be ready to sign your creations with the awareness of a true master of the sweet art.

Qualifications

At the end of your path, after taking the exam, you will obtain the Diploma of Professional of Italian Pastry.

You will also obtain the Professional Qualification Certificate of PASTRY PRODUCTION OPERATOR (relating to 320 hours of classroom training plus 180 hours of internship, part of the course's total hours).

Who You Can Become

Your skills will open the doors to the most prestigious laboratories. You can hold the role of Pastry Chef in starred restaurants or luxury hotels, or become a Technical Consultant for major brands. The training received will allow you to work in large hotel contexts or start your own business, bringing the excellence of Italian taste to your every creation.
