Objectives

Through an intensive pathway that alternates theory and practice, you will refine your sensory sensitivity while mastering the most advanced techniques. Our goal is to guide you toward a complete professional transformation: this course is designed to give you the technical awareness and culture necessary to lead a brigade in international fine dining.
Qualifications
At the end of the Course, if you pass the Final Exam, you will receive the Diploma of Professional Chef of Italian Cuisine, a recognized title with legal value.You will also obtain the Professional Qualification Certificate of Meal Production Technician (relating to 320 hours of classroom training plus 180 hours of internship, which are part of the course's total hours).
Who You Can Become
The ALMA diploma opens the doors to the most prestigious kitchens in the world. You can aim for the role of Chef in luxury hospitality contexts and Michelin-starred restaurants, or open your own business.
